Czarface teams up with their Wu-Tang brethren Ghostface Killah for another dope installment of what they do best. With this album, they take all of their strengths as a collective and just amplify them. The best part of this album is definitely the lyrical side of things. Esoteric sounds like he is at the top of his game on here with his effortless flow. The exact same can be said Inspectah Deck. He is able to just ride the beat flawlessly. It’s almost like both MCs were trying to outdo each other on here which is great competition. They spit their rhymes laced with classic vintage 80s and 90s name drops of nerd nostalgic things just as they have on past projects. You mix Ghostface into this and you get a great outcome. The beats are pretty dope on here as well. It almost reminded me of beats that you would hear on a Run The Jewels project. I think they are paving their own lane sonically and it sounds great. Definitely a fresh, but hard sound on this record. While there is not really a “single” sounding song on here, you do get hard beats and fantastic rhymes which everyone should enjoy.
