El-P & Killer Mike team up once again for another fantastic installment of a Run The Jewels adventure. This one definitely takes their signature style and formula but freshens it up a bit for a new album. This one almost has a tinge of an apocalyptic feel to it. Imagine we are in the last days and there is chaos going on. This album feels like that. I think the album definitely starts out very strong and falls off just a tad towards the end. The bars are fantastic and both of their flows are impeccable the whole way through. The beats are very dope as expected. The best track on here has to be the 2 Chainz assisted “Out Of Sight.” This one just slams with it’s dope sample and all of the MC’s sound fantastic over the beat. Another great one is the DJ Premier and Greg Nice assisted “Ohh La La.” You can’t go wrong with Premier. This is another great chapter in their legacy and fans will definitely appreciate this one.
