GRAFH & DJ SHAY – STOP CALLING ART CONTENT (DELUXE)

Grafh and DJ Shay tack four more tracks onto their album for this deluxe version. Anything said on the first review pretty much still holds true. These new songs are good and definitely worth throwing on here. I don’t know if a deluxe version was needed, but rather should have just been the whole album anyway. All in all, they did a good job with this project and these additions are definitely worth listening to.

GRAFH & DJ SHAY – STOP CALLING ART CONTENT

Grafh teams up with DJ Shay to give us a new project called Stop Calling Art Content. It definitely has a dope title and makes you think especially after listening to the intro to the album. Grafh is amazing with wordplay and can’t ever seem to run out of words and phrases that rhyme. You have to really listen carefully to see what he is doing with these bars. He has some help in the form of features from Sheek, Ransom, Benny, Styles, Rick Hyde, Bun B, and more. The highlight of this project is “Valid” featuring Sheek and Ransom. Ransom definitely steals the show and spits a crazy verse as usual. The production on this album is pretty dope for the most part. There are a few songs in the middle of the album that might be a little slow and lose some listener attention, but all is well for the most part. Grafh does a good job once again and we definitely look forward to hearing more from him in the future.

GRAFH – GOOD ENERGY

Grafh drops a brand new project and this one is fantastic. People really don’t recognize how good Grafh really is. He is able to spit relentless bars using triple and quadruple syllable rhymes and never seems to run out of words to say. He will always find another word to throw into his bars. There are some decent features on here from Jim Jones, 38 Spesh, and more. The production on here is great as well. Right from the jump, there are very good beats that can definitely be spun back more than a few times. The overall highlight of this album is the perfectly-crafted “My Blessing” featuring Eric Bellinger. This song is absolutely flawless. The beat is amazing and laid back. Eric Bellinger sounds heavenly on the chorus. Grafh provides some of the most insightful and intelligent bars out there for the verses. This one was a true masterpiece and Grafh should be insanely proud of this one. All in all, you are in for a treat with this album. Well done Grafh. Well done.

GRAFH – THE ORACLE III

Grafh hits us with a new project that is very dope. The thing that is awesome¬†about Grafh is that him and his flow is different than anyone else out there. He has bars upon bars upon bars. Just when you think he is going to run out of lines, he will pull out quite a few more. He is killing it on the mic throughout this project. The beats on here are pretty decent overall. This is one of those projects where you might have listen back a few times to really get it, but he is definitely coming with some heat on here. The highlight of this project has to be “24 Hours” which is a reworked version of Jadakiss’s smash song “All For The Love.” Anyone that knows classic hip-hop knows this track and Grafh does a fantastic job at blessing that beat. This is definitely one for the fans of lyrics out there. Cop this one and listen to it a few times.

FLEE LORD & GRAFH – DIRTY RESTAURANT

Flee Lord and Grafh drop off a pretty interesting release with their joint album¬†Dirty Restaurant. This album has it all. You get really dope bars from both Flee Lord and Grafh. Flee definitely comes hard and you can tell he is extra hungry on this project. Grafh definitely comes with his signature style of bars. He might seem a tad more laid back than usual, but it is still pretty dope. I think both MCs definitely benefited from this combination. It’s almost as each one used the other as a sharpening tool to make themselves sharper. The beats on here are pretty slamming as well. The drums are definitely slamming and the samples are good. This is one that will sound good in speaker turned up the whole way. Flee Lord proclaims at the end of the project that they just made a classic album. While it might not be classic, I don’t think they were that far away because they definitely had the right recipe.
