Hus Kingpin gives us another album that is definitely strange to the listen. On this offering, he has beats that sample some of Bjork’s music. This is definitely one of the strangest choices that I have heard in hip hop. He did this same sort of approach on his 2021’s Portishus album where he sampled a lot of the music from Portishead. This one definitely has a different sound to it than what you may be used to. The bars are decent throughout. You get features from Doza The Drum Dealer, Ambassador Rick, Niko Is, and more. I think the beats are a little strange, but they are not terrible. It’s definitely an eclectic sound and may not be for everybody. If nothing else, I like the creativity.
