Hell Rell comes back with another new project for the streets. While it is absolutely refreshing to hear from any of the Diplomat members, Hell Rell falls a little short with this newest project. It sounds more like a trap record than the classic Diplomat sound and that can be disappointing. On the mic, Hell Rell isn’t bad. It’s just that he doesn’t sound as great as he once did. The beats on here are definitely the half that suffers more. It really is more reminiscent of the trap sound than anything else. All in all the record definitely needed some improvement. I think if Hell Rell went back to his roots, he could really create something hard. Until then, we just have to hope for that record.
