The Diplomat veteran drops a quick five track EP possibly attempting a comeback. Hell Rell was always dope and always had hard street bars. He brings more of that same heat with this new project. On the mic, he sounds as fresh as he always has with a new batch of some hard, street rhymes. The production on this is decent as well. It sounds like he selected some pretty decent beats. He even gets JR Writer to spit a verse with him on “Baking Soda Bible” showing that their relationship is still strong. The highlight of this short project is “Pandemic” in which his bars are extra focused on getting that money coming through the pandemic. All in all, this was a dope project that hopefully signals the return of Hell Rell.
