DJ Khaled gives us yet “another one” with his latest project. This one falls pretty short of his prior releases. It seems like he just grabbed the biggest names he could find and just threw them on here in the hopes to get album sales without as much focus on the quality of the music. Sure, he has the huge song with Jay-Z and Nas on it called “Sorry Not Sorry,” but it didn’t turn out as regal as it should have. It’s a decent song, but I think we all expected more out of that song. A lot of the other songs on here borrow from past songs and just rework classic beats. Sure, those beats are good, but we’ve heard it before. We want something new. Newer rappers like Lil Baby and Lil Durk don’t really contribute much as they don’t have much talent to begin with. The best track on this album is the last one that features dancehall legends Buju Banton, Capleton, and Bounty Killer. Aside from that, there really isn’t a whole lot that is salvageable on here. Khaled really stopped paying attention to quality it seems like in an effort to just get album sales. But you can’t do that off just names alone.

OVERALL RATING: 2 out of 5 Cheesesteaks
