RJ Payne drops off the second installment of his Beautiful Payne series. This one is pretty somber, just as the first one was. On the mic, RJ Payne is simply incredible as usual. His bars are top tier and there really aren’t too many rappers out there that could match him. He is able to expertly describe his pain through rhymes. A notable feature on this album is Che Noir’s verse on “Soul Of The Ghetto.” I definitely like the match-up of these 2 MCs together. The beats on this project aren’t his best selections, but then again, they are at least decent and this is a quick project. He did another good job with this release and hopefully we get to see a lot more of RJ Payne in 2021.
