Napoleon Da Legend continues his assault on the industry with another album to spin the heads of the unaware. On the mic, Napoleon is fresh as ever and relentless with his talent and intelligent, worldly bars. He even has some decent features from fellow MCs Ro Data, Sage Infinite, Jamol Gasol, Juga-Naut, El Ay, and more. The production on this album is dope. There are some great drums and some interesting horn samples that are thrown in to really make the beats sound unique. The overall theme of the album I may not be too familiar with, but I take that it is a play on some kind of anime. Overall, this project was real dope. A good highlight from this one was “Legend Of The Cyclops” with its boom bap beat. Napoleon sounds great over those kinds of beats.
