Lil Flip drops 2 albums that are pretty subpar overall. This first one entitled Feelings is a sleepy, dreamy-sounding backdrop in which Lil Flip provides some average bars and shows a bit of a softer side. There are moments where you can see his lyrical ability to shine through, but not many. It’s pretty average overall as far as the writing goes. The beats on here are definitely more on the softer side. There wasn’t really any heat on here; nothing that resembled that Houston screw sound that we are used to hearing from artists like Lil Flip. This one was pretty subpar overall. I don’t think Lil Flip fans will really appreciate this one too much. It’s not terrible, but it wasn’t his best offering.
