G-Eazy releases another dope project in the form of a mini album or EP with this one. He is very good at combining a few different elements on his projects. He can take the Bay area sound and combine it with fun partying lyrics, but at other times, thought-provoking and moving lyrics. He does it all on this go round. Lyrically he definitely covers a lot of topics here. He shows us that he can rap about anything. There are personal circumstances with past relationships, but there are also fun, turnt-up, party lyrics as well. The beats are definitely straight out of the Yay area with the sound. There are some that are a little more mysterious and low-key like “Demons & Angels” which features Game & Miguel. Overall, this was a pretty decent release from G-Eazy. He is definitely proving that he has staying power.
