This is a good offer by an decent artist. The vibe that I get off of this album is that this is what the soundtrack to the game Clue would sound like. The Alchemist consistently delivers mysterious backdrops that almost make it sound like a Hardy Boys mystery. Currensy follows up on top of it with his normal drunk-sounding flow. On one hand, there are times where I wish he would speed it up, but then it wouldn’t make him Currensy. He does have a way of steadily keeping the flow going on this journey though. The standout track on this album is “Fat Albert” which features Lil Wayne. The beat is absolutely superb for both MCs to shine in the best way they can. I think this is definitely a strong offering and a good brick on the house that Currensy built.
